Responsibilities • Call leads provided by the company • Speak with business owners and decision makers • Explain our AI Voice Agent solution • Qualify prospects based on company criteria • Follow up through phone, SMS, and email • Get qualified prospects started on a free trial • Update CRM records and notes Requirements • Fluent English • Strong communication skills • Comfortable speaking with business owners • Sales, appointment setting, or cold calling experience preferred • Reliable internet connection • Ability to work independently Compensation Performance Based • $150 commission for every customer that converts to a paid account • Unlimited earning potential • No cap on commissions Ideal Candidate • Self motivated • Results driven • Comfortable with outbound calling • Persistent and professional • Interested in long term growth opportunities Hours Flexible Schedule 20 to 40 hours per week recommended.
