Commission-Based B2B Sales Closer (HVAC AI Automation) – High Ticket

Hi, I'm the founder of Ultronix Automation (ultronixautomation.com), an AI automation company focused on helping HVAC businesses in the US capture more leads and book more appointments through AI. We've already built the product, live demo. Now I'm looking for someone who can help bring in our clients. This is a commission-only opportunity to start, but if we work well together, I'm looking for someone who can grow with the company long-term. What you'll be doing • Prospecting HVAC businesses in the US • Sending personalized cold emails • Following up with interested prospects • Running discovery/demo calls • Closing new clients What I'm looking for • Experience in B2B sales or high-ticket service sales • Comfortable speaking with business owners • Strong written and spoken English • Someone who is proactive and doesn't need constant supervision Experience selling marketing services, SaaS, AI, or automation is a plus, but it's not required if you're a strong closer. Compensation This is a performance-based role. For every client you close, you'll earn 40% of the setup fee. For example: Setup Fee: $1,500 Your Commission: $600 Commission is paid after the client completes payment. There's no cap on how much you can earn. About Me I'm not looking for a huge sales team.
