Commission-Based Business Development Partner for Medical Research Consulting

We are a medical research consulting business providing services including: • Manuscript writing and editing • Systematic reviews and meta-analyses • Research proposals and protocols • Statistical analysis (SPSS, R, RevMan) • Conference posters and presentations • Publication support for researchers and healthcare professionals We are seeking a commission-based Business Development Partner or Lead Generation Specialist to identify and secure new clients from: • Universities and academic institutions • Hospitals and research centers • Pharmaceutical and biotech companies • Physicians, residents, and postgraduate researchers Responsibilities: • Generate qualified leads • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and networking • Build relationships with prospective clients • Schedule meetings and help convert leads into projects Compensation: This is primarily a commission-based role. We are open to discussing a revenue-sharing model of 10–20% per successfully closed project, with the possibility of long-term collaboration for high performers. Ideal candidates should have experience in B2B lead generation, healthcare, academic research, or medical communications.
