Commission-Based Lead Generator Needed for Residential & Commercial Design Projects

We are an architectural and engineering design firm looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven lead generator to help us bring in new residential and commercial design projects on a long-term basis. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who has experience with business development, outreach, sales, networking, or lead generation in the construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, development, or home improvement industries. We provide architectural, structural, civil, and MEP engineering design services as well as construction for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for someone who can help us identify, contact, and qualify potential clients who may need design, engineering, permitting, and construction services. Services We Provide May Include: - Architectural design - Structural engineering - Civil engineering - MEP engineering - Permit drawings - Construction documents - ADU design - Residential additions and remodels - Custom home design support - Tenant improvement plans - Commercial design support - Site planning - Grading and drainage plans - Plan check response and permit support - Construction Target Clients May Include: - Homeowners - Real estate investors - Developers - General contractors - Design-build contractors - Architects - Interior designers - Property owners - Commercial tenants - Business owners - Real estate agents - Property managers Scope of Work May Include: - Identifying potential residential and commercial project leads - Reaching out to prospective clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, social media, networking, or other approved methods - Qualifying leads based on project type, location, scope, timeline, and budget - Introducing qualified leads to our team - Helping schedule calls or meetings with potential clients - Following up with prospects when needed - Maintaining a simple lead tracker with contact information, project details, status, and follow-up notes - Supporting ongoing business development efforts - Building relationships with contractors, developers, architects, real estate professionals, and other referral partners Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should have experience with: - Lead generation or business development - Sales outreach and client communication - Residential and/or commercial construction-related services - Architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, or development industries - Cold outreach, warm outreach, networking, and follow-up CRM or lead tracking tools - Professional communication in English - Working independently and being accountable for results Compensation Structure: This position is commission-based. Compensation will be based on qualified leads that convert into signed projects and collected professional service fees. Commission terms will be discussed and agreed upon before starting. We are open to a long-term arrangement for the right person. Important Notes: We are looking for quality leads, not just a high volume of unqualified contacts. Leads must be legitimate, relevant, and properly qualified. Outreach must be professional and ethical. We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship with our firm. Experience in California and/or Texas markets is a plus, but not required.
