Marketing partner for Algarve properties (unique Moroccan-style mobile homes + apartments) – propose your commission rate --- Description: I own multiple vacation properties in the Algarve, Portugal, and I'm looking for a freelance marketer to handle promotion across Facebook, Instagram, and relevant online groups. I need someone who knows this market and can help take the strain off me – particularly the technical and logistical side that I struggle with. My properties: 1. Two apartments in Pera, Silves (Algarve) – These usually book well and have excellent reviews. Bookings are slightly down this year, so I need a fresh push. They appeal to a wide range: families, couples, and younger groups in summer; pensioners looking for monthly winter lets in the off-season. 2. Three mobile homes at Oasis, Estômbar (Lagoa area) – These are on a surf campsite, but they are not your average mobile homes. I'm an interior designer by passion, and I've put real love into these. They're Moroccan-inspired, full of natural wood, warm textures, and unique character – they honestly don't look like mobile homes at all. Set in a beautiful garden in a lovely area, they're genuinely high-quality for what they are. The audience here is different – surfers, backpackers, digital nomads – but the properties themselves stand out from the usual campsite offering. These are the ones I'm struggling to fill, so I need targeted marketing that highlights their unique design and vibe. What I will provide (plenty of great content): · Cinematic-style photographs and videos of all properties, the local area, and events happening in the Algarve. · Regular updates on local attractions, hidden gems, restaurants, and experiences – I'm great at coming up with ideas on how guests can enjoy their holiday, and I'll share all that insider knowledge with you to use in posts. · Enough fresh material to keep your ads and social posts constantly updated. What I need from you: · Run Facebook & Instagram ads (I will cover the ad costs separately – you just manage the campaigns). · Post properties in relevant Facebook groups, expat forums, and travel communities – using the cinematic content I supply. · Help me with the practical/logistical side – I really struggle with directions and maps. I need someone to help me pinpoint accurate locations, suggest the best driving routes and public transport options to each property, and present this clearly on my Lodgify website and in guest information packs. · Help me improve my Lodgify website overall (text, layout, SEO, directions pages). · Tailor your approach: one strategy for the Pera apartments, and a separate, more visual/design-focused angle for the Moroccan-style mobile homes. Payment: · Commission-only – no monthly retainer. · You propose the percentage you'd be happy with. I'm open to discussing fair rates based on your experience and confidence in the Algarve market. --- Minimum requirements (please read before applying): · You must have proven experience marketing vacation rentals or similar accommodation in Portugal, preferably the Algarve.
