Commission-Based Sales Closer – Accounting & Business Services

Snapp & Associates is seeking an experienced commission-based sales closer to help convert qualified business leads into long-term accounting and financial service clients. This is a closer-only role our lead generation team handles outreach, prospecting, and appointment setting. Your focus will be conducting sales calls, building trust with business owners, presenting solutions, and closing deals. Compensation 100% Commission-Based Earn 2%–5% commission per closed sale Commission percentage will vary based on: Deal size Client service package Experience/performance High earning potential with recurring business opportunities What You’ll Do Conduct scheduled discovery and sales calls Understand client pain points and operational needs Present Snapp & Associates services professionally Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers Close qualified leads provided by our team Maintain communication and follow-up through CRM Help improve the overall sales process This Role Is NOT Responsible For Cold lead sourcing Prospect list building Initial outreach campaigns Appointment setting Our lead generation team handles those responsibilities so you can focus on closing business. Ideal Candidate Proven B2B sales or closing experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable speaking with business owners Organized and self-motivated Professional and trustworthy Experience selling accounting, financial, or professional services is a plus CRM experience preferred Preferred Skills Consultative sales Objection handling Relationship building Pipeline management Discovery calls Sales presentations Follow-up strategy Remote sales About Snapp & Associates Snapp & Associates works with growing businesses that need professional accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial operational support.
