Commission-Based Sales Hunter / Business Development – Nexora Studios

Nexora Studios is looking for results-driven Sales Hunters / Business Development Representatives to help us acquire new clients internationally. This is a 100% commission-based freelance opportunity with no fixed salary. You will be responsible for finding potential customers, contacting decision-makers, presenting our services, following up, and helping close deals. Open to candidates from: India, USA, UK, Dubai/UAE, Australia, and New Zealand. Key responsibilities: Find and research potential business clients. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, and other channels. Contact business owners, founders, and decision-makers. Pitch relevant Nexora Studios services. Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline. Convert prospects into paying customers. Build long-term client relationships. Ideal candidate: Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with cold outreach and speaking with business owners. Able to independently find and approach prospects. Self-motivated and focused on measurable results. Experience selling web development, software, automation, or digital services is a plus. Compensation: 100% commission-based. Commission is paid on successfully acquired and paying clients. The commission structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. We are looking for sales hunters—not people who only collect lead lists.
