Commission Based Sales Rep for Netsuite Customizations

I am a Netsuite consultant specializing in Netsuite Customizations to help with data entry, Picking, Packing, Shipping, AR or AP Automation, PLM, CRM, etc. I am looking for a Freelance Sales Person who can bring clients who need customizations within Nestuite. I'm willing to pay a percentage of the sale. Sales Cycle would be: Sales Rep brings lead with an issue to the consultant. The consultant will offer a solution and provide a sales rep price. The sales rep will be able to offer the project to the customer at the sales rep price or anything above. Sales Rep would be paid 10% of the sale amount. Freelancer doesn't necessarily need to have Netsuite expertise, but needs to have good understanding of ERPs and what people may be struggling with day to day.
