We are looking for hungry sales reps who want to build recurring monthly income selling a service businesses already need. You can sell GLOBALLY! Global Guard Monitoring provides live human CCTV monitoring for businesses using their existing camera systems. This is NOT just “security.” Businesses use us to monitor operations, employees, theft, safety issues, openings/closings, loitering, after-hours activity, and operational inefficiencies — often replacing overnight guards, reducing the need for additional management oversight, or adding an extra layer of accountability across facilities. Website: https://www.globalguardmonitoring.com/ Our pricing starts around $1.20/hour for up to 12 cameras, but the real opportunity is larger commercial accounts with: * warehouses * factories * construction sites * hotels * office buildings * industrial facilities * retail centers Many clients have 40+ cameras and generate $1,500+/month recurring revenue accounts. Compensation: * 50% residual commission for 12 months * Paid monthly when the client pays * Example: * client pays $1,500/month * you receive $750/month * every month for 12 months This is recurring income, not one-time commissions. We currently have: * one rep making over $14k/month after 7 months * another making around $11k/month after 5 months * another around $7k/month after only 2 months Most started part-time and several have since left their day jobs to focus on this full time. What makes this easier to sell: Businesses already have cameras installed. We are simply adding live human monitoring and operational oversight on top of their existing systems. Owners immediately understand the value once they realize: * theft can be reduced * employee accountability increases * managers can oversee multiple locations more efficiently * after-hours incidents can be addressed live * guards/security costs can sometimes be reduced * operations become more visible without adding more internal staff Responsibilities: * Cold outreach * Prospecting businesses * Calling business owners/managers * Setting appointments * Closing accounts * Building long-term relationships Ideal candidate: * Comfortable with cold calling * Self-motivated * Entrepreneurial mindset * B2B sales experience preferred * Security/CCTV experience is a plus but not required This is ideal for someone who wants recurring income and is comfortable building their own pipeline.
