We handle the entire creative pipeline under one roof, providing professional studio space, lighting, modeling, styling, and high-end post-production editing. We offer frictionless, all-inclusive production packages for global brands looking to elevate their website, e-commerce, and social media presence. The Role We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Outbound Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to take over our cold outreach campaign. Your primary responsibility will be identifying target international brands (specifically mid-sized and emerging fashion, jewelry, and beauty labels in the US and Europe) and pitching our high-value services via email and Instagram DM. You will be provided with a fully optimized, high-converting email script, target brand parameters, and a beautifully designed, premium Media Kit/Rate Card to attach to your pitches. Compensation (20% Commission) This is a 100% commission-only position with a highly competitive payout structure. You will earn a 20% commission on the total contract value of every client you successfully bring in (paid immediately upon the client signing the contract and settling their invoice). The Capsule Package ($350): Your commission = $70 USD The Drop Package ($550): Your commission = $110 USD The Collection Package ($750): Your commission = $150 USD Because our pricing is incredibly competitive for Western brands and includes complimentary video assets, the barrier to entry is low, making this a highly script-convertible offer. There is no cap on your earnings. Responsibilities Research and source a pipeline of target fashion and beauty brands that align with our aesthetic. Conduct cold email outreach and structured Instagram DM outreach using our custom-tailored, non-cliché scripts.
