Commission Based Youth Soccer Sales Representatives Needed Nationwide ProXsports is hiring motivated sales representatives across the United States to help enroll youth athletes into PDP360, our complete youth athlete development pathway. Representatives will visit local soccer fields, tournaments, training facilities, clubs, and youth sports events to speak directly with parents about the program and help interested families complete enrollment. This is a commission based opportunity. You will be paid for every athlete who successfully enrolls through you. There is no limit on how much you can earn. Our national goal is to enroll 500 athletes within the next 30 days, so we are looking for multiple representatives in cities across the country. You do not need professional sales experience. We are looking for confident, reliable, outgoing people who are comfortable approaching parents, explaining a program clearly, following up with interested families, and closing enrollments. Experience in soccer, youth sports, coaching, recruiting, fitness, education, or direct sales is helpful but not required. Responsibilities include visiting soccer locations in your local area, introducing PDP360 to parents, collecting qualified leads, following up with families, helping parents understand the enrollment process, and reporting your results. You must have reliable transportation, a smartphone, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
