Commission-Only Appointment Setter

We help local businesses install AI receptionists that answer calls 24/7 and book appointments automatically. We're growing fast and need a setter who can turn warm leads into booked calls. What you'll do: Call, text, and follow up with people who already filled out our Facebook form but didn't schedule a call. Have a short, natural conversation to qualify them and get them booked on a demo call. Track your pipeline in our CRM and stay on top of follow ups. Pay: $25 per qualified show. $50 per closed deal. 100% remote. Flexible hours. Commission only. Requirements: Fluent English speaker. You'll be speaking with U.S. business owners daily and clear communication is non negotiable. Comfortable on the phone, not just over text. Organized and self motivated.
