The role We're looking for an experienced, self-driven sales closer to sell Brilo to high-volume, phone-heavy businesses. This is a 100% commission role — no base — built for someone who wants uncapped earnings and the freedom to run their own process. You'll work warm and self-sourced leads, run demos, and close monthly SaaS subscriptions. We provide the product, demo environment, and sales materials; you bring the hustle and the close. What you'll do Run discovery calls and product demos with inbound and self-sourced prospects Close new business on monthly/annual SaaS subscriptions Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM Share market feedback to help us sharpen the pitch Work Support during the USA hours What we're looking for 4+ years of B2B sales / SaaS closing experience, ideally with SMB or mid-market Comfortable selling a software subscription and articulating ROI in concrete operational terms Self-starter who needs no daily management Excellent spoken English and a reliable calling setup Bonus: experience selling to healthcare, dental, real estate, or e-commerce operators To apply Send a short note on what you've sold, your typical deal size and close rate, and why a commission-only AI SaaS product appeals to you.
