Commission-Only Program Qualification Representative We work with the Charge Ready Home Program, helping homeowners and renters determine whether they qualify for available incentive funding. This role is not traditional hard selling. Most of the work involves speaking with warm leads from our digital marketing efforts, qualifying them, explaining the program clearly, and helping them collect the required information so they can move forward in the application process. We are looking for someone who can work on a PST / Los Angeles schedule, as our customers are primarily located in Southern California. Responsibilities include: Calling warm inbound leads from our digital campaigns Explaining the Charge Ready Home Program in a clear and professional way Qualifying homeowners and renters based on program requirements Assisting prospects with gathering the necessary documents and information Following up consistently with interested applicants Maintaining accurate notes and updates in our CRM Helping prospects move from inquiry to completed application Ideal candidate: Strong phone communication skills Comfortable speaking with homeowners and renters Organized and reliable with follow-up Able to work during Los Angeles / PST business hours Sales-minded, but consultative and helpful Comfortable working on a commission-only basis Motivated by helping customers access valuable incentive programs Compensation: This is a commission-only role with warm leads provided. You will be assisting interested prospects who have already responded to our marketing and are looking for help understanding whether they qualify. About the role: You will be part of a growing team helping customers access incentive programs that may help cover the cost of eligible home electrical upgrades. The best fit for this role is someone who can communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and guide people through a simple but important qualification process.
