What you're selling (offer sheets, case studies, and pricing provided): AI Enablement Workshop: $4,500–$7,500 Custom Prospecting Agent: $12,000 + monthly retainer Data & AI Platform build: $40,000 + monthly retainer Compensation: $100 per qualified meeting held (decision-maker, fits our ICP, shows up) 12% of contract value on every closed deal you sourced, paid on cash collected 5% trailing commission on retainers for 12 months Real numbers: a closed platform deal pays $4,800 plus $1,800 over the following year.
