Sales Representative — Destination Weddings

About Us Our company designs unforgettable destination weddings for couples who want their celebration to be as extraordinary as their love story. We handle everything from venue selection to logistics, so our couples can focus on saying "I do." As we grow, we're looking for a driven, relationship-first salesperson to bring new couples into our pipeline. The Role We're hiring a Sales Representative to own the top of our funnel. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective couples — generating leads, qualifying interest, and setting the stage for our planning team to close the deal. This is a high-energy, target-driven role for someone who loves the hunt as much as the close. What You'll Do - Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, referral partnerships, social media, wedding expos, and other channels - Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and qualify prospects based on budget, timeline, and destination fit - Build and maintain relationships with venues, wedding vendors, and referral partners to create consistent lead flow - Conduct discovery calls to understand each couple's vision, budget, and priorities - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM, tracking pipeline activity and conversion metrics - Hand off qualified leads smoothly to the planning/closing team with clear notes and context - Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline targets - Stay current on destination wedding trends, top venues, and travel logistics to speak credibly with prospects What We're Looking For - 2+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota - Proven experience in lead generation or outbound prospecting (cold calling, cold email, social selling, or similar) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you can build rapport fast - Comfort working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) - Self-motivated with strong time management; comfortable managing a high volume of outreach and follow-up - A genuine interest in weddings, travel, or hospitality is a big plus Nice to Have - Experience in the wedding, travel, or events industry - Existing relationships with venues, planners, or wedding vendors - Experience with marketing/lead-gen tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing platforms, etc.) Compensation & Benefits - Base salary plus $1,000 for each new wedding booking -Flexible Schedule - Travel perks — e.g., site visits to partner venues/destinations We are an equal opportunity employer.
