Field Sourcing & Quality Control (QC) Inspector – Full-Time (Fixed Monthly Salary) Location: China (Guangdong Province - Guangzhou / Shenzhen preferred) Job Description: We are looking for a highly detailed, trustworthy, and experienced Field Sourcing & Quality Control (QC) Specialist based in China to join our team on a full-time, fixed monthly salary basis. You will act as our eyes and ears on the ground, visiting wholesale markets and factories, and ensuring that all goods meet our premium quality standards before they are shipped. Key Responsibilities: 1. Routinely visit wholesale markets and local manufacturing factories to follow up on orders. 2. Conduct meticulous quality control checks on every batch (inspecting stitching, leather/material quality, hardware finishes, watch movements/details, and branding). 3. Provide high-definition photos and live video walk-throughs of the items and final packaging before giving the green light for shipping. 4. Negotiate firmly with factories to ensure strict compliance with agreed specifications and timelines. 5. Coordinate directly with logistics providers and shipping agencies to guarantee safe and secure packaging. Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sourcing and Quality Control (QC) in China (experience with premium accessories, watches, and apparel is a major plus). Native Chinese speaker with excellent communication skills in [English / Arabic]. Absolute honesty, professional integrity, and an exceptional eye for detail. High physical mobility and willingness to travel locally to markets and industrial zones daily.
