We've been at this for years, the delivery team is proven, and the case studies are real. What we're scaling now is the sales bench. Why this isn't the usual commission-only gig Most commission-only posts hand you a price sheet and wish you luck. Here's what you actually get: Appointments provided. Our marketing engine books meetings, and a share of them go to you. You'll still hunt (that's the job), but you're not starting from a dead stop Full tech stack provided. CRM, dialer, email infrastructure, proposal templates, contracts, case studies, sales collateral. You sell, the system does the admin Data provided. Lead lists and enrichment are on us. No buying your own data, no scraping on weekends Real services that close. Web design, development, AI automation, creative, and branding. Deal sizes run from four-figure projects to five-figure builds and monthly retainers Pick your comp track We're open to two structures. Tell us which one fits you (or pitch a hybrid): Track A: Closer (full cycle). You work the deal from conversation to signature. 15% of cash collected on deals you self-source 10% of cash collected on company-provided appointments Retainer deals: commission paid monthly on the first 6 months of the engagement No cap, pay-when-paid Track B: Setter (pay per appointment). You book qualified meetings, we take it from there. Flat rate per qualified appointment that actually holds (a show, with a decision-maker, fitting the criteria) Volume kicker when you clear the monthly bar. Consistent setters earn more per appointment, simple as that Who this fits You've sold services before (agency, digital, marketing, software, or adjacent), and you can prove it with deals, not adjectives You're comfortable with full-cycle work: prospecting, discovery, proposal, close You treat commission-only as leverage, not charity. You want upside, not a babysitter Self-managed. We track outcomes, not hours How to apply Start your proposal with the word "Pipeline" so we know you read this. Then, briefly: The largest services deal you've closed: what it was, deal size, and how long the cycle ran Which track you want (A, B, or your hybrid pitch) and why Your first week's plan if we handed you our stack and 5 appointments on Monday Copy-paste proposals are deleted unread.
