MarginFlow is profit-tracking software for small business owners. Most owners don't find out a job lost money until their accountant tells them months later MarginFlow shows them which jobs actually make money, in plain English, the same day. We're building our founding sales team to bring it to owners across seven trades: cafés, restaurants, construction, HVAC, auto, med spa, and food truck/catering. The role Call small business owners and show them how MarginFlow helps them stop leaking money. This is a real role for self-starters no manager setting your schedule, no ceiling on your earnings. The more you close, the more you make. What you'll do Reach out to small business owners by phone. Lead with questions, not a pitch help owners feel where they're losing money. Walk them through a quick look at their own numbers and sign them up as founding members. Use your unique rep link/code so every signup is tracked to you automatically. What you'll earn Commission-only — no base, but no cap. Paid weekly, every Friday. A tiered structure that pays more per close the more you close in a day. Commission locks once your customer signs on and their first payment clears. Full commission rates + payout details are shared on your onboarding call after approval. What you need A phone and internet — that's the only equipment. The ability to hold a real, genuine conversation, and the persistence to keep dialing. No degree and no experience required only preferred — must have a drive. Willingness to set up the free payout account we use.
