Summary

We are looking for an exceptional commission-only recruitment delivery team to support high-volume recruitment across the UK, USA and Asia. Main sectors: - Technology - IT - Executive Search Other sectors may be added over time. This opportunity is only suitable for established delivery teams with proven capacity. It is not suitable for individual recruiters looking for occasional side work. This is not a role for basic CV sourcers or people who hide behind a screen sending messages. We need confident delivery recruiters who can actually speak to people, qualify properly, build relationships and fill roles. Responsibilities: - Source strong candidates. - Interview candidates properly. - Fully screen and qualify technical and senior executive candidates. - Speak directly with candidates. - Speak directly with our business development team/client-facing lead. - Understand job requirements quickly. - Shortlist accurately. - Manage candidate communication throughout the process. - Support permanent and contract placements. - Work quickly across large-volume requirements. Requirements: - Extensive recruitment delivery experience. - Strong experience in Technology, IT or Executive Search. - Excellent spoken English. - Excellent written English. - Confident speaking on calls and video meetings. - Fast response times. - Outstanding communication skills. - Highly organised. - Able to handle significant volume. - Commercially minded. - Proactive and self-managing. - No chasing. - No excuses. - No time wasters. Additional Requirements: - We are looking for a team, not a single recruiter. - The team must have sufficient bandwidth to handle large volumes of permanent and contract recruitment. - Candidate and client responsiveness is critical. Roles cannot be left sitting unworked. - The priority is to fill every role possible and maximise delivery performance. - Strong client relationships will be built over time and cannot be damaged through poor communication, slow responses or lack of urgency. - The team must be capable of providing coverage whenever required, rather than being restricted to standard working hours. - We need a genuine delivery function that can scale with the business as volumes increase. - Speed, quality and consistency are all equally important. - If you are already overloaded with existing work, this opportunity is probably not suitable. Important: - Commission-only. - No salary. - Paid a percentage of successful placement fee profit. - You must provide your own tools and systems. - You must already have access to LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, sourcing tools and any systems needed to deliver. - These tools will not be provided by us.
