I'm building 24/7 AI communications systems for high-value clients who run multiple businesses and are drowning in inbound calls, texts, and emails. The first client is ready now, and there's a real pipeline behind it. I'm looking for a sharp, fast-moving developer who wants in early. THE FIRST JOB A 24/7 AI agent that answers every call, text, and email for an executive client with several businesses. It identifies which business each contact is about, screens and captures the lead, routes it to the right person, and triggers automated follow-up. High-value leads escalate to a human in real time. Everything lands in a CRM with a branded dashboard. It starts with a small, paid, working demo of ONE business that I present to the client live. If they sign, the full build is yours, delivered in phases. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD Voice + text + email agent — Vapi, Bland, Retell, or Synthflow (your strongest). Dedicated number(s) + inbox. Professional low-latency voice, two-way SMS, and AI-drafted email replies queued for one-tap approval. I supply the script and brand voice. Multi-business triage — Make.com or Zapier; an LLM classifies by which business and intent and extracts name/phone/email/reason. Built so new businesses can be added without a rebuild. Routing + CRM + actions — route each lead to the right person per business, automated follow-up, instant high-value alerts, daily summary, transcripts logged, and a branded CRM dashboard (configured/white-labeled, not a custom-coded portal). HOW WE WORK The build is phased and demo-first. I own all accounts (voice platform, automation, CRM, numbers, inbox); you build inside them. I want a full copy of everything as we go, and I want to learn the system as we build it. Required handoff includes a written operations manual, screen-recorded video tutorials, and a recorded training call so I can run and maintain it myself, plus 14 days of support after go-live.
