Community Builder / Brand Ambassador (Nigeria) About UloIle UloIle is an early-stage technology startup building a community-centered platform that connects Africans on the continent with the global African diaspora through intentional networking, collaboration, and opportunity. We're currently preparing for our private beta and are looking to grow a high-quality founding community across Nigeria. --- What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is already connected within Nigeria's entrepreneurial, creative, and professional ecosystem. This role is **not** about mass marketing or sending unsolicited messages. We're looking for someone who can introduce UloIle to the right people and communities. Ideal candidates have existing relationships within cities such as **Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Enugu, or other active startup and creative hubs.** Examples of people we'd like to reach include: * Startup founders * Small business owners * Tech professionals * Software engineers * Product managers * Creative entrepreneurs * Community organizers * Event hosts * Startup incubators * Coworking communities --- Responsibilities * Introduce UloIle to qualified founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners. * Recruit high-quality waitlist members who align with our mission. * Identify active startup communities, networking groups, and local events where UloIle should have a presence. * Gather community feedback on what people are looking for in a collaboration platform. * Provide a brief weekly update on outreach progress and insights. --- Compensation This is a short-term, project-based role. Initial objective: Recruit **30–50 qualified founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners** to join the UloIle waitlist. Compensation will be based on successful completion of agreed-upon milestones. Strong performers may be invited to continue as long-term Community Builders as UloIle expands across Africa. --- Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: * Is based in Nigeria * Has an active network within the startup, business, creative, or technology community * Enjoys meeting people and building communities * Communicates professionally * Is reliable, organized, and self-motivated --- About UloIle Our mission is simple: We're building a platform where Africans on the continent and across the diaspora can find the right people to collaborate with, build businesses, launch projects, exchange ideas, and create meaningful opportunities together. Instead of random networking, UloIle focuses on intentional connections based on shared goals, interests, and professional aspirations. --- To Apply Please answer the following: 1. Which professional, startup, business, or creative communities are you already connected to? 2. Which city or cities in Nigeria do you primarily serve? 3. How would you recruit founders and business owners for an early-stage technology startup? 4. Why do you think UloIle would resonate with Nigeria's entrepreneurial community?
