Community & Content Virtual Assistant

Transparent community engagement + content support for a global building inspection app. — fully remote. Part-time Remote Opportunity (up to 10 hours per week) Requirements: - Native fluency with English language - Understanding of customer support and engagement - Prior relevant experience working (must) with a technology company (optional). Tasks: - Join/monitor relevant FB groups & subreddits (list provided). Answer questions, share helpful tips related to inspections — genuine engagement, 80% value/20% mentions. - Disclose affiliation when mentioning Defectech ("I work with the team at xyz..."). - Respond to app store reviews/comments (with approval for anything sensitive). - Light social posting on FB/IG (using content provided). - Repurpose content into FB/IG/Reddit-appropriate formats. - Monitor competitor mentions/communities for opportunities. - Compile a running FAQ from real community questions. - Basic email follow-up to free users. - Track everything weekly: downloads, signups, conversions by source, engagement stats — shared spreadsheet.
