Community Growth Marketer - Online Games / Mental Fitness

Mental Fitness Network is looking for a community growth marketer to help recruit beta testers for a new collection of short online mental fitness games. Explore: http://mentalfitness.network to learn more We are looking for someone who can help us find relevant communities, write thoughtful posts, and drive qualified players and new beta testers to the network. Mental Fitness Network offers short browser-based games built around memory, attention, focus, reasoning, quick thinking, visual search, mental arithmetic, and breathing practice. Playing is free. Beta testers get early access and help us improve gameplay, difficulty, instructions, design, and user experience. Responsibilites: - Research relevant Facebook Groups, Reddit communities, Discord servers, forums, student groups, UX testing communities, puzzle/game communities, and market research groups - Build a spreadsheet of potential communities with links, size, rules, posting policy, and relevance - Write community-specific post copy - Contact admins/moderators for permission when needed - Post only where allowed - Track every post with source-specific UTM links - Report weekly on new players, beta applications, qualified testers, conversion rates, and channel quality Requirements: - Experience with community-based growth or beta tester recruitment - Strong English writing skills - Good judgment around community rules and brand trust - Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting - No bots, fake accounts, automation spam, DM blasting, or mass posting Nice to have: - Experience with games, apps, UX testing, consumer research, education, psychology, wellness, or productivity communities To apply, please include: 1.
