Community Intelligence & Growth Specialist We have a software platform serving the screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, and team sporting goods industries. We're looking for someone to build and manage our community intelligence program. Our customers are already talking online. They're asking questions, sharing frustrations, recommending software, and looking for solutions. Your job is to set up a system to find and hear about these conversations. Then make sure our software solution is part of those conversations. What You'll Own You will build and manage our online community monitoring system. This includes: Finding every relevant Facebook Group, Reddit community, Discord server, forum, Slack group, LinkedIn group, and other online communities where our customers gather. Organizing these communities into a searchable database. Setting up social listening tools and alerts. Monitoring conversations every day. Identifying opportunities where we provide a genuine solution. Writing authentic, helpful responses that naturally introduce us when appropriate. Continuously discovering new communities and opportunities. This is not a one-time research project. This is an ongoing role focused on building a repeatable lead generation system. Tools You Should Already Know Experience with several of these is preferred: Brand24 Mention Sprout Social Hootsuite Google Alerts Reddit monitoring tools Facebook Group management Discord LinkedIn RSS aggregators ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools If you know of better tools, we want to hear about them. Industries You'll Monitor Screen Printing Embroidery DTF- Direct to Film (form or heat press or screen printing) Promotional Products Team Sporting Goods Team Apparel Team Uniform Dealers Within your first 90 days you will have: Built a database of relevant online communities. Created a monitoring system that surfaces conversations daily. Established keyword alerts and tracking. Presenting us as a helpful solution in relevant discussions. Generated qualified demo opportunities through community engagement. Putting them into our established sales funnel. Developed a repeatable process that continues to grow over time. This Role Is NOT ❌ Posting spam ❌ Cold pitching ❌ Mass messaging ❌ Copy/paste marketing Instead, you'll build trust by helping people solve problems.
