Community Manager — Freedom Academy by Didi Taihuttu Location: Remote (we work in Discord) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Compensation: Fixed monthly salary, based on experience Start: As soon as possible About Freedom Academy Freedom Academy is the crypto and Bitcoin community of Didi Taihuttu, known from The Bitcoin Family — the family that sold everything in 2017 and went all-in on Bitcoin. Within the Academy, members get a complete A-to-Z journey: education on Bitcoin and crypto, practical tools, and a community of people seriously building toward financial freedom. Not scattered tips, but step-by-step guidance — from absolute beginner to someone confidently executing their own strategy. Everything revolves around our community. And that's where you come in. The role As Community Manager, you're responsible for how our Discord community looks and feels on a daily basis. You make sure members feel at home, get helped quickly, and that the community keeps strengthening itself. What you'll do: • Daily Discord management — keep channels organized and tidy, keep FAQs up to date • Handle questions and tickets — help members quickly and correctly, or route them to the right person • Vibe and engagement — set the tone, spark conversations, keep the community lively • Spot and solve issues — notice someone getting stuck, going quiet, or unhappy? You proactively step in, or escalate in time • Manage and support community managers/moderators — make sure the team works consistently and holds the same standard • Feed back insights — you're the first to hear what's going on in the community and share that internally What we're looking for • Experience with crypto — you don't need to be a trader, but you genuinely understand Bitcoin, wallets, exchanges, and market basics • Experience with community management or moderation — preferably in Discord, with a large or active community • Social and approachable — you have genuine patience for people who are just getting started • Dutch or very good English (both is a big plus) • Independent and reliable — remote work requires discipline • Organized — you keep overview, even when a lot comes in at once • Familiar with Discord tools (bots, tickets, roles, channel structure) is a plus What we offer • Work within one of the most well-known crypto communities in the Netherlands • Fully remote, with plenty of freedom in how you organize your day • A team that moves fast and communicates directly • Direct impact: you literally shape how the community feels • Salary that grows with the company and your role in it • Room to grow as the community and team grow How to apply Send a short motivation telling us: 1.
