Community Manager & Lead Development Specialist LTR DRUMMING WORLDWIDE is looking for a strong writer and communicator to help follow up with leads, engage our community, and guide our ideal customers deeper into the LTR world. Your primary responsibility is creating conversations, follow-ups, and touchpoints that lead to: Qualified Discovery Calls booked Community engagement Low-ticket purchases Free workshop registrations Revenue growth You'll be communicating on behalf of Team LTR DRUMMING through email, direct messages, Skool, social media, and other channels. Responsibilities: Reply to emails and direct messages Follow up with leads and workshop attendees Welcome new members and start conversations Respond to comments across platforms Identify warm prospects and opportunities Guide people toward workshops, products, community experiences, and Discovery Calls Keep conversations moving forward instead of letting leads go cold Support community engagement inside Skool Bonus Responsibilities Cold outreach and lead generation Engaging in Facebook groups, YouTube channels, and social platforms Helping attract new members into the LTR ecosystem Ideal Candidate Excellent written communication Friendly, professional, and proactive Organized and reliable Comfortable following proven frameworks and scripts Able to recognize buying signals and opportunities Comfortable communicating as part of Team LTR Enjoys building relationships and helping people take action Compensation Hourly pay Performance bonuses Commission on qualified Discovery Calls that result in sales Success Is Measured By Revenue generated Qualified Discovery Calls booked Leads moved to the next step Workshop attendance Community engagement The Goal Help more drummers get engaged, take action, and move forward inside the LTR DRUMMING world. We will likely begin with a paid trial period before expanding responsibilities into a longer-term role.
