Summary

We're looking for a Community Manager to join Nischa (https://www.youtube.com/@nischa), a personal finance brand with a 2M+ subscriber YouTube channel and a fast-growing digital products business! You'll co-host and moderate our live community sessions and take ownership of a new flagship addition to the community: bi-weekly calls. Working across our paid communities on Circle, you'll keep our calls flowing, our members engaged, and our community energised. You'll be the warm, reliable presence members count on. This is a fast-start role. We're bringing new ideas into the community right now and need someone ready to join and pick things up quickly. You won't be starting from scratch: our current community manager will train you first and support a smooth handover. --- WHAT YOU'LL OWN Running our new fortnightly calls: preparing each session, hosting it live, and guiding members through practical, hands-on budgeting. Keeping the sessions engaging, welcoming, and genuinely useful. This is a brand-new part of the community experience and a core focus of the role. Co-hosting community and coaching calls across our communities alongside Nischa and our expert speakers, helping design the flow of each call, and answering member questions live. Day-to-day moderation across Circle: welcoming and engaging members, responding in chats and threads, liking and replying to introductions, and keeping the space active and warm. Coordinating with expert speakers ahead of calls so they have everything they need, lightly editing slides where required, and capturing end-of-call notes and metrics. Gathering feedback from members and turning it into concrete improvements to the sessions, the experience, and our FAQs. --- WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You lead with warmth and you take ownership. You're comfortable on camera, facilitating live sessions, and being the face members trust. You're reliable, and you flag issues before they become problems. YOU WILL HAVE - Experience running or moderating an online community (Circle, Skool, Slack, Discord, Facebook Groups, or similar) - Native-level spoken and written English (this is a live, member-facing role hosting calls and moderating daily) - Confidence hosting and facilitating live sessions on camera - Comfort facilitating personal finance and budgeting content for a general audience - Strong familiarity with the financial and cultural context of our UK and Western audience, so you can connect with members and keep sessions relevant - Warm, emotionally intelligent communication - High ownership and reliability, with the ability to run sessions independently - Comfort with digital tools: Circle, Zoom, Slido, Notion, Slack, and ActiveCampaign - Available to work hours that overlap well with our UK and Western members for live sessions - Availability to start soon and join an active, growing community BONUS POINTS FOR - Genuine interest or background in personal finance or investing - Experience supporting a creator, coach, or online course business - Experience sourcing and coordinating guest or expert speakers --- WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE By the end of your first 30 days you will have: - Independently run at least two bi-weekly calls - Co-hosted community and coaching calls without needing support - Taken over day-to-day moderation and member engagement across both communities - Coordinated at least one expert session from prep through to follow-up - Surfaced at least one concrete improvement to the member experience WHEN YOU APPLY Please answer these two questions in your application: 1. Tell us about a community you've managed or moderated. How did you keep members engaged, and how did you handle a difficult member or a quiet stretch?
