We run a peptide testing company focused on purity, sterility, and accuracy. Our audience includes biohackers, researchers, and experienced users who don’t tolerate BS. If you can’t speak their language, this won’t work. What You’ll Own 1. Community Growth & Engagement Actively manage and grow our presence across Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and X Start and sustain real conversations (not forced engagement) Build credibility in communities that are naturally distrustful and highly opinionated Turn lurkers into contributors and contributors into advocates 2. Voice & Positioning Write clearly, intelligently, and without fluff Adapt tone by platform (Reddit ≠ X ≠ Discord) Represent the brand as credible, informed, and transparent — not salesy 3. Content & Distribution Create posts, threads, and replies that actually get engagement Break down complex topics (purity testing, contaminants, lab results) into simple, digestible content Jump into relevant conversations and insert the brand naturally Memes are fine — but only if they’re actually good 4. Reputation & Trust Management Monitor discussions about peptides, testing labs, and competitors Address skepticism, criticism, and misinformation directly and intelligently Help position us as the most trusted testing option in the space 5. Platform Operations Manage Discord structure, roles, bots (MEE6 or similar), and security Run AMAs, discussions, and community events Maintain clean, organized, and spam-free environments 6. Always-On Awareness (Not 24/7 Burnout) Stay close to key conversations and trends Know when to engage and when to stay quiet Be responsive during high-value moments What You Need Proven experience managing communities on Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and X Deep familiarity with biohacking, peptides, supplements, or adjacent spaces Strong writing skills — clear, concise, and credible Ability to handle technical topics without sounding like a textbook Thick skin — you will deal with skeptics, trolls, and very smart critics Understanding of platform norms (especially Reddit, where bad actors get ignored fast) Strong Bonus If You Have Experience in peptides, lab testing, or analytical science Existing relationships with niche influencers or community leaders Experience running AMAs, Spaces, or live discussions Ability to spot trends early and capitalize on them What This Is Not Not a “post 3 times a day” social media job Not corporate brand babysitting Not for beginners learning community management What Success Looks Like Organic growth in high-quality users (not bots or low-value traffic) Increased trust and brand mentions in key communities Real engagement — thoughtful replies, discussions, and referrals Positioning us as the go-to authority for peptide testing If you understand the difference between engagement and credibility — and you know how to build both — apply.
