Community Manager for Lark, Groups

We're looking for an experienced Community Manager to take ownership of our affiliate creator communities across Lark and WhatsApp. The role will involve managing day-to-day engagement within creator groups, building strong relationships with affiliates, answering questions, sharing campaign updates, promoting new products and opportunities, and keeping creators motivated and active. Responsibilities include: Managing and moderating affiliate communities on Lark and WhatsApp Responding to creator questions and support requests in a timely manner Sharing campaign updates, promotions, incentives, and key announcements Encouraging content creation and maintaining high levels of engagement Identifying and nurturing high-potential affiliates Building a positive, active, and supportive community culture Gathering creator feedback and sharing insights with the internal team Tracking recurring questions and themes to improve communication and processes We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, confident communicating with creators, and ideally has experience with influencer marketing, affiliate programmes, TikTok Shop, or creator communities. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to grow as we continue to scale our creator network across multiple brands and markets.
