Summary

We're looking for a proactive and organized Community Manager to run the day-to-day of a paid investing education program on Go High Level (GHL) Membership — similar to Skool. **About the Role** This is a part-time position starting at 5–10 hours per week, with room to grow as the community scales. You'll be the primary point of contact for our students, keeping the community engaged, supported, and accountable. **Responsibilities** • Onboard new members so they know exactly where to start and feel welcomed from day one • Field customer support questions related to the program • Track member progress and hold students accountable to their goals • Drive community engagement through weekly check-ins, accountability posts, challenges, and celebrating wins • Proactively suggest improvements to the community experience • Send a brief weekly report covering community health, common questions, and any flags **Requirements** • Proven experience managing online communities (membership platforms, Skool, GHL, Discord, Circle, or similar) • Strong written English — clear, warm, and professional communication is a must • Highly organized, responsive, and self-directed • Bonus: knowledge of investing or personal finance **What You Don't Need** You don't need to be an investing expert. Your superpower is making people feel seen, supported, and motivated to keep showing up. **In your application, answer the following questions otherwise you will not be considered** 1. Describe a community you've managed before. What platform was it on, how large was it, and what was your primary role in keeping it active and engaged? 2. A student hasn't posted or engaged in 2 weeks. How do you reach out to re-engage them without making them feel guilty or pressured? 3. A member messages saying they're frustrated and want a refund because they feel lost in the program. Walk me through how you'd handle that conversation. 4. If you joined our community and noticed engagement was low, what's one specific initiative you'd propose in your first 30 days?
