About us Belong & Build is a new education community from the founder of Peak & Pace, one of New York's largest run clubs (50,000+ members, 50M+ views, brand work with Skechers and Gunna, press in Time Out, Essence, ABC, and the Tamron Hall Show). We teach people how to build real communities and turn them into businesses. We're launching a $97/month membership (a Skool community plus a live weekly workshop), sold through a free masterclass. The role Own the daily life of our Skool community. The membership is recurring, so your job is the thing that protects the revenue: make new members feel seen on day one, keep the room warm and active between the founder's weekly live workshops, and catch at-risk members before they cancel. What you'll own: Onboarding every new member personally Daily engagement: prompts, discussions, celebrating wins, replying fast Moderation and keeping the culture warm Spotting members who've gone quiet and re-engaging them Running logistics for the weekly live workshop Tracking engagement and churn, and collecting testimonials You must have: 2+ years managing an online community (Skool, Circle, Discord, Mighty Networks, or a large paid Facebook group) A real example of increasing engagement or reducing churn Warm, proactive communication, you start conversations, you don't wait for them Reliable daily presence in a US-friendly window Nice to have Experience with a paid membership or course community Skool specifically Comfortable on camera or voice for community calls Basic Canva To apply, answer these: Describe a community you managed: platform, size, your role, and one specific thing you did that lifted engagement or cut churn (numbers if you have them).
