Community Manager

TOMO is a lifestyle brand growing fast through TikTok affiliates. We want to build a paid Discord community where our top-performing affiliates coach others on how to hit 100K in monthly sales: part mastermind, part mentorship, part movement. We're looking for someone who's run or grown an online community before, understands TikTok affiliate/creator culture inside and out, and can turn a rough idea into a structured, sellable community experience. Scope - Concept and structure the "100K Club" paid community from the ground up - Define tiers, pricing, and what members actually get (coaching calls, resources, recognition, etc.) - Recruit and coordinate top affiliates as coaches/mentors inside the community - Write the onboarding flow, welcome sequence, and community guidelines - Run day-to-day moderation, engagement, and programming once live - Track community health (retention, engagement, member progress toward goals) - Report on growth and learnings to leadership How to Apply Before we get on a call, we'd like to see how you think. The Vision: What does the "100K Club" feel like as a member? What's the dream outcome people are paying for? 2. Structure: How is the community organized (tiers, channels, coaching format, cadence)? 3. Objections: What would make someone hesitate to join, and how would you address it? 4. Pricing Rationale: What would you charge, and why? 5. The Pitch: A short welcome/sales message you'd send to invite someone in. You can sketch this out in bullet points or a short doc.
