Community Operations Manager for Premium Wellness Platform

I am the founder of Mamavize, a high-end wellness community. I am looking for a detail-oriented Community Operations Manager to handle the "engine room" of my business so I can focus on high-level strategy and content. 1. Onboarding: Manually greeting new members and ensuring profile completion. 2. Moderation: Maintaining our community culture by flagging off-topic or inappropriate content. 3. Content Scheduling: Taking my raw voice notes/ideas and formatting them for our community feed/newsletter. 4. Reporting: Sending a "Weekly Pulse" report every Friday (New signups, top engaged threads, and 1 unresolved member issue). Who You Are: You have experience managing communities for premium or luxury lifestyle brands. You are a systems thinker—you don't just "do tasks"; you create SOPs so things run better next week. You understand "sovereign" branding: You can mimic my voice and tone without sounding like a generic corporate bot.
