Community & Reader Engagement Manager

We are a growing publishing company creating faith-based books that help women struggling with anxiety, overthinking, stress, and emotional exhaustion. We publish Christian workbooks, devotionals, and journals on Amazon and are building a community of readers who genuinely love our books. We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and building long-term relationships not just completing tasks. Responsibilities You will own and grow our reader community by: * Recruiting new ARC (Advance Reader Copy) readers * Building relationships with readers through email and social media * Growing our email list with qualified subscribers * Managing our BookFunnel ARC launches * Following up with ARC readers before and after launches * Tracking reviews and engagement * Organizing our reader database * Helping build a long-term Everhope Press community Daily Tasks * Engage in Facebook groups (following group rules) * Respond to interested readers * Invite readers to join our email list * Welcome new subscribers * Answer basic reader questions * Maintain organized records Weekly Tasks * Recruit new ARC readers * Send ARC copies through BookFunnel * Follow up with current ARC readers * Track Amazon reviews * Remove inactive readers * Suggest ideas to improve engagement Nice to Have * Experience with: * BookFunnel * ConvertKit/Kit * Mailchimp * Facebook Groups * Canva * Google Sheets Not required, we can train the right person.
