US Community Recruiter – Recruit Participants for AI Research Study

We're Scaler AI Labs, an AI research organization working alongside frontier AI labs to build safer and more capable AI. We're looking for a US-based community builder to help us recruit participants for a paid research study. What you'll be doing You already have an existing US community — whether that's a Discord server, Reddit community, Facebook group, Slack workspace, WhatsApp group, or any other platform. We need you to recruit active members from your community to participate in our app usage data study. This is not a cold outreach role. We need someone who already has an engaged audience. Who we're looking for Based in the US or managing an active US-based community Community size of at least 200+ active members Experience in research recruitment, survey distribution, or participant outreach is a plus Honest, reliable, and communicative What success looks like Minimum 200 qualified participants recruited from your community Participants must be US residents, 18+, active users of everyday apps like LinkedIn, Uber, Gmail, Airbnb, DoorDash, Instagram etc. Budget Up to $1,000 fixed price based on number of qualified participants delivered To apply please share: 1.Which platform your community is on 2.Approximate size and demographic of your community 3.Your experience with similar recruitment work
