Role Overview: We're seeking a latvia-based digital community manager to help grow engagement across key Web3 platforms. You'll manage local language channels, translate content, and build meaningful connections with community members. Responsibilities: Support discussions and maintain a positive environment across Web3 social communities such as X, chat groups, and Discord-type servers Translate marketing and educational content from English to Latvian Help increase participation in local engagement campaigns Monitor sentiment and trends from local users and relay insights to the global team Respond to user questions and feedback in a timely, brand-aligned tone Requirements: 2+ years in social, content, or community roles Fluent in Latvian and proficient in English Understanding of the Web3 space and platforms like X, Reddit, and crypto-focused forums Responsive, well-organized, and proactive Strong cultural awareness and communication skills
