Community Visibility & Reputation Management Specialist (Reddit, Quora & Wikipedia) We are looking for an experienced freelancer or agency to manage and grow our clients' visibility, reputation, and thought leadership across Reddit, Quora, and Wikipedia. Scope of Work Reddit * Manage and operate warmed-up Reddit accounts * Develop organic content and community engagement strategies * Create and publish 20–30 posts per month * Participate in relevant subreddits and discussions * Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and community conversations * Manage reputation and negative sentiment response workflows * Track performance and provide monthly reporting Quora * Conduct question and topic landscape research * Create and publish 20–30 high-quality answers per month * Identify thought leadership and authority-building opportunities * Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and discoverability * Monitor engagement and manage audience interactions * Provide analytics, reporting, and strategic recommendations Wikipedia * Conduct Wikipedia presence assessments * Perform content audits and gap analysis * Support article creation, updates, and maintenance in compliance with Wikipedia guidelines * Monitor factual updates, edits, and content changes * Provide ongoing governance and maintenance support * Deliver periodic reporting and recommendations Required Experience * Proven experience managing Reddit communities and engagement campaigns * Strong Quora content creation and authority-building expertise * Working knowledge of Wikipedia policies, editing guidelines, and conflict-of-interest requirements * Experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) * Strong research, writing, and communication skills * Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance tracking Preferred * Experience with B2B SaaS, Technology, AI, or Digital Marketing brands * Understanding of SEO, AEO, and organic visibility strategies * Familiarity with social listening and monitoring tools To Apply * Share relevant Reddit, Quora, and/or Wikipedia case studies * Provide examples of content or profiles managed * Include your monthly pricing and estimated hours * Describe your process for community engagement, reputation management, and reporting
