We are looking for individuals who understand audience psychology, relationship building, retention, engagement, and revenue generation. ### What You'll Be Doing * Managing audience conversations daily * Building genuine engagement with subscribers and followers * Maximizing account revenue through relationship-driven communication * Following account-specific scripts, workflows, and engagement strategies * Maintaining detailed notes and continuity with audience members * Working closely with management to optimize performance ### Requirements * Previous experience in creator account management, live chat sales, customer engagement, or subscriber-based platforms * Strong English communication skills * Ability to sell naturally without sounding robotic * Consistent internet connection and availability * High attention to detail * Ability to follow systems and SOPs * Professional attitude and reliability ### What We Care About Most We value: **1.
