Compensation Advisor for Equity and Bonuses

The advisor should have experience developing incentive structures. We want to determine whether performance bonuses, equity, or a combination of both would best attract and retain strong talent, reward measurable performance, and align our team with the company’s long-term goals. The ideal candidate has direct experience designing compensation programs for privately held software or SaaS companies.
