Compensation and Benefits Analyst

We're a leading Web3/blockchain technology company looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist for a short-term contract engagement (a few months) to support our global Rewards programs. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'd be working directly with our Senior manager in comp and bens across compensation, benefits, equity, and compliance — driving work independently with minimal hand-holding. What you'll work on: - Annual comp review cycles, salary benchmarking, and global pay structure maintenance - US and global benefits administration (health, dental, vision, retirement) including broker and vendor management - Equity incentive program support — grant submissions, employee queries, third-party provider management - Pay equity audits, regulatory compliance, and process improvement projects - Compensation platform administration and adoption Must-haves: 3-6 years in Compensation & Benefits, with meaningful time in a high-growth tech company Proven US benefits administration experience (health, welfare, retirement) Equity compensation experience (stock options, RSUs) Global compensation experience across multiple regions Able to work independently and own projects end-to-end Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills Nice to haves: - Web3, blockchain, or crypto industry experience - CCP or GRP certification - Experience with Pequity, ADP WorkforceNow, or Radford Ideal for someone who hits the ground running and is comfortable with ambiguity.
