Summary

Pull the FOIA PTIN list for New York State and Pennsylvania from the IRS website. Look at the business names and filter according to the following criteria. General Filters 1-5 employees No large companies ie. PWC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte JPmorgan, AIG, H&R block, Jackson Hewitt etc. These should be deleted from the list. No companies without a phone number or email address. These should be deleted from the list Town/ city must have atleast 50,000 residents. Pennsylvania Filters Western PA Only Nothing more than 30 miles outside of Philadelphia Nothing more than 150 miles from Pittsburgh New York State Filter Within 60 miles of Manhattan
