Complete a Static HTML Website for a Health Coaching Practice

Project Brief: Complete a Static HTML Website for a Health Coaching Practice Project type: Fixed-price, tightly scoped completion work on an existing site Site: zaytoonhealth.com (functional health coaching practice) Stack: Hand-coded static HTML/CSS/vanilla JS · GitHub repository · Deployed on Cloudflare Pages (custom domain + SSL already configured) Background The website is approximately 85% complete. It has eight page sections (Home, Women's Health, My Story, Services, Work With Me, Stories, Contact, Disclaimers), three client-facing forms, a privacy policy, and finished brand assets (SVG logos, favicon). Two complete booking-page implementations have already been built as separate HTML files, and a written setup guide exists for both. The design system, palette, and layout are settled — this is a completion and polish project, not a redesign. Scope of work 1. Booking & payments integration (primary task) Implement the selected booking flow (I will confirm which of the two pre-built options before the project starts): Option 1: Stripe Payment Links → redirect to free Calendly event types after payment, or Option 2: Calendly embedded on the Book Online page with payment collected inside Calendly Wire the chosen page into the live site navigation (a "Book Now" header CTA and internal links already exist and point to the Book Online page) Configure and test the full flow in Stripe test mode, then assist with the switch to live mode A step-by-step BOOKING-SETUP-GUIDE.md is in the repo covering both options — you will not be starting from zero I will provide access to Stripe and Calendly accounts via a secure method (no credentials over chat/email) 2. Imagery placement & optimisation Replace image placeholders across all eight page sections with final photography (I will supply the image files; a sourcing brief mapping images to sections already exists) Export/convert to modern formats (WebP with fallbacks), responsive srcset where appropriate, lazy loading below the fold Write descriptive alt text for all images Ensure images sit correctly in the existing layout at mobile, tablet, and desktop widths 3. CSS refactor Five colour values in the stylesheet (four sage-grey greens and one olive accent) are hardcoded rather than defined as CSS custom properties. Refactor these into the existing :root variable system so future palette changes propagate site-wide Verify no visual regressions after the refactor Flag any text/background combinations that fall below WCAG AA contrast after changes 4. Homepage hero update Implement a revised hero section and a new "symptom recognition" block on the Home page (final copy and structure will be provided — this is implementation, not copywriting) Must match the existing design language: light heading weights, generous whitespace, warm palette (oatmeal/sand, muted sage, clay/terracotta accents). No boxy card grids. 5. QA & polish Full responsive pass on every page and all three forms (mobile, tablet, desktop) Cross-browser check: current Chrome, Safari (incl. iOS), Firefox, Edge Verify all internal links, nav states, and footer links Basic technical SEO pass: unique title/meta description per page, Open Graph tags, favicon rendering, sitemap.xml and robots.txt Lighthouse audit with performance and accessibility scores of 90+ on key pages, or documented reasons where not achievable Explicitly out of scope Copywriting (all copy is provided) Redesign of layout, palette, or branding Building a backend for the intake/consent forms (sensitive health data will be handled on a separate compliant platform — do not connect these forms to a generic form backend) WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or any CMS migration — this stays a static site Technical requirements Strong hand-coded HTML5/CSS3/vanilla JavaScript (no frameworks; do not introduce build tooling unless agreed) Comfortable with Git/GitHub workflow — work in a branch, small clear commits, pull request for review before merging to the production branch Familiar with Cloudflare Pages deployments (or able to get up to speed quickly — deploys are automatic from the repo) Experience integrating Stripe (Payment Links) and embedding Calendly Attention to responsive detail and typography — the finish quality matters as much as the functionality What I will provide GitHub repository access All final images and brand assets Final homepage copy BOOKING-SETUP-GUIDE.md and both pre-built booking page implementations Stripe and Calendly access via a secure sharing method Prompt feedback — I review quickly and give specific, technical notes Deliverables & acceptance Live, working booking flow (tested end-to-end in test mode; live mode verified together) All placeholder images replaced and optimised CSS variables refactor merged with no visual regressions Updated homepage hero implemented as specified QA checklist completed and shared (browsers/devices tested, Lighthouse scores) All work merged to the production branch and deployed on Cloudflare Pages Budget & timeline Budget: This is roughly 5-10 hours of work Timeline: Completed asap ideally within 2 days Fixed price preferred, milestone-based: (1) booking integration, (2) imagery + CSS refactor + hero, (3) QA + launch To apply, please include Two or three links to live static or small-business sites you have built or completed (not templates) One example of a Stripe or Calendly integration you have implemented A short note (5–10 lines, no generic cover letters) on how you would approach the booking integration and the CSS variable refactor Your fixed-price quote against the scope above and your availability Applications that clearly respond to the three questions above will be prioritised over generic proposals.
