Compliance Documentation Specialist (AI-Assisted) – Training Provided

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys compliance, procedures, checklists, documentation, and making sure things are done correctly. You do not need experience with EICRs, Fire Alarm Certificates, Fire Safety Certificates, or electrical compliance. We will teach you our processes and provide training. What matters most is that you love learning, are highly detail-oriented, and enjoy working through requirements to ensure everything is accurate and complete. What You'll Do Review compliance documents and certificates. Check that reports contain all required information. Verify evidence, photos, forms, and supporting documents. Follow structured compliance processes and checklists. Identify missing information before documents reach the supervisor. Use AI tools to help review, organize, and improve documentation. Prepare documentation packs for final review and sign-off by our qualified supervisor. Who We're Looking For You enjoy compliance, quality assurance, documentation, or process-driven work. You love spotting mistakes, missing information, and inconsistencies. You are naturally organized and detail-focused. You enjoy learning new systems and regulations. You are comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. You can follow procedures while also thinking critically. Important This is not an engineering role and you will not be signing certificates. Your role is to learn our compliance process, complete the detailed review work, and ensure documents are ready for our qualified supervisor to perform the final technical review and sign-off.
