Summary

I need a design for an art car which is kind of like a go cart but with a artistic design. I would like a skyship from the book "The Edge Chronicles" that is built on an EV "skateboard" chassis that is controlled via an old fashioned ships wheel on top of the steering platform. This will be actually physically built so try and draw it on a human scale as possible with keeping close to real world constraints.
