Concept artist part time for a small indie studio 4 usd per hour

hey i am looking for a concept artist who part time can help work on a small team i am self funded didnt make money yet. I will be honest upfront. I have been planning for years to work on two projects that we now effectively started working on. I look for prototyping a concept artist who can help expand next to our ai artist on concepts. You help create base shapes of characters for 3d artist and then especially help with environment concept artwhere you make color keys lots of them and simple sketches for the town we will make. i dont need exact designs. I look for someone who has an interest in animation series like southpark that especially would be helpful. Besides that you can help in further future on storyboarding. We also have another game we will work on later you could help on. This is not a consistent job and will be jojo tasks i know not sexy. At first it will be rather similar part time job but then it might be a few weeks no work before we need some cover art you can decide to make it earlier though the only problem is some weeks there wont be budget for it. Now if you like southpark and comedy and such you can participate in a very unique game project. With some very unique gameloop. Voice artists will join to. It is multiplayer but we will for sure make a well worked out short single player voice acted scripted version to. the game has 3d graphics will be toon style and require a lot of world building we dont need super detailed houses or buildings but like southpark want to give it a world that impresses in world building where there is posters maybe very simple design but funny or some small details while the buildings themselves are relatively simple think schedule I style buildings with stylized forest. We already have an ai artist i don't need another one. Some tasks you do ai will refuse to do anyway. I will make sure those are the first tasks. Further you can help with world building and humor. I am open to team input to as long as you respect the core game. pay is 4 usd per hour yes go run. If you still here i have a different proposal this is non contractual as i cannot guarantee anything. If the game sells well i will give to loyal team members 10 - 20 cent per sold copy the amount depends on how much you contributed to the project not in hours perse but in the result. If we sell 100 copies its a jokely 20 usd if we sell a million copies it is a nice bonus for a few months to a year of part time working. The bonus would be payed here and would be a reward for helping finish the project so note that upwork might take a few procent. Finally i am almost autistic in terms of what i want this is good and bad. If i ask for an exact copy but a basemesh i dont expect artistic freedom. When i ask for artistic freedom then you can do so. If interested let me know. the team is three people big is going to grow to five part time people to seven. excluding extra voice artists.I see this as a hobby until its not. Ideally i look for someone that wants to take the next step after game jam but has the abilities to of course make professional art. I look for talent. I can sketch to. I don't look for someone that necesarly knows how to use photoshop if you are really good you can draw on paper and send me the results with a camera.
