Remote Concierge Operations Team for Short-Term Rentals — Fixed Price per Unit $50 (17 units) - Milan & Dubai properties We are looking for a reliable remote team to manage guest concierge operations for our short-term rental portfolio. This is not a single virtual assistant role. We are looking for an organized team that can handle daily guest communication and operational coordination with a clear fixed monthly price per unit. Main tasks: - Guest messaging before, during, and after the stay - Check-in and check-out coordination - Support via Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, email, and phone - Handle guest requests, complaints, and urgent issues - Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and local operations teams - Escalate important issues quickly to management - Update internal systems and task boards - Keep response time and guest satisfaction high Requirements: - Experience managing short-term rental / Airbnb guest support - Ability to cover 24/7 support - Fluent English - Italian is a strong plus - Experience with Guesty - Very organized, fast, proactive, and guest-oriented - Able to work with fixed SOPs and performance KPIs Pricing: Please apply only if you can offer a fixed monthly price per unit, not only hourly billing.
