Summary

We are looking for a reliable and confident phone representative to help with inbound and outbound customer calls. This role is ideal for someone who is very comfortable speaking on the phone, has strong English communication skills, and can confidently hold conversations with customers. A sales background is preferred, but it is not required if you are naturally good at speaking with people and handling conversations in English. This position is best for someone who can work with minimal training and learn by doing. We need someone resourceful who can figure things out, ask smart questions when needed, and improve as they work. Main Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound customer service and sales calls 2. Speak with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner 3. Assist customers with questions, orders, and general support 4. Make outbound calls to existing customers to check if they need to reorder 5. Follow call scripts and customer service guidelines 6. Keep clear notes and update customer information when needed Ideal Candidate: 1. Very comfortable speaking on the phone 2. Confident and clear English speaker 3. Friendly, professional, and easy to talk to 4. Able to work with minimal training 5. Learns quickly through hands-on work 6. Resourceful and able to figure things out independently 7. Comfortable asking smart questions when needed 8. Able to handle customer questions and conversations naturally 9. Sales experience is preferred but not required 10. Customer service experience is a plus 11. Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions Requirements: 1. Strong spoken English 2. Good internet connection 3. Quiet work environment for calls 4.
