Configure ElevenLabs Conversational AI Agent (Voice + Text Widget) + CRM Webhook Integration

We're a B2B sales management company replacing a 15-minute phone qualification call with an AI agent. Leads will visit a page on our website, choose to either talk or type with an AI assistant, answer a short series of qualification questions, and — if qualified — be shown our booking calendar. After each conversation, a summary and the qualification answers must be pushed to our CRM (Close). We have the conversation design covered. We will provide the complete agent system prompt, qualification logic, knowledge base content, and FAQ documents. We need an experienced implementer for the configuration and plumbing — not an AI strategy consultant. Deliverables ElevenLabs Agent (multimodal): Configure an agent in OUR ElevenLabs workspace using our provided system prompt and knowledge base. Widget must support both voice and text, with the lead choosing the mode. Includes voice selection support, turn-taking/latency tuning, and widget styling to our brand (we'll provide colors/logo). Data capture: Agent collects first name, company, and email early in the conversation (we'll handle the phrasing in the prompt; you ensure the fields are captured as structured data). Page embed: Embed the widget on one page of our website (currently hosted on GoHighLevel — you get page access or hand embed code to our Ops coordinator). Embed must be portable (standard script embed, not platform-dependent). Qualified path: On qualification, the agent directs the lead to our existing booking calendar (link/embed reveal — NOT in-conversation API booking). Unqualified path: Polite alternative outcome (we'll provide the copy and destination). Close CRM integration: Post-conversation webhook → automation platform (Make, n8n cloud, or Zapier — built in OUR account) → Close: find-or-create lead by email, log the conversation summary as a note, and update 3–4 custom fields (e.g., AI Qualified Y/N, revenue band, service interest). We'll have the custom fields created before kickoff. Testing: Run our 10-scenario test script with us, fix issues. Handoff: A short written runbook (how to edit the prompt/knowledge base, where to see transcripts, how to check/restart the webhook automation, where errors surface) + one 30-minute walkthrough call + 14 days of bug-fix support after launch. What we provide Complete agent system prompt, qualification decision rules, FAQ/objection knowledge base ElevenLabs workspace seat, automation platform account, scoped Close API access, website page access Brand assets, booking calendar link, test scripts One point of contact (our Ops coordinator) with daily async availability Explicitly OUT of scope In-conversation calendar booking via API Outbound calling / phone number provisioning Website redesign or migration Custom-coded backend/middleware hosted on your infrastructure Ongoing retainer (fixed-price project only) Requirements You have shipped at least 2 live ElevenLabs Agents deployments — include links we can interact with (voice and/or text) Experience connecting ElevenLabs post-call webhooks to a CRM via Make/n8n/Zapier (Close CRM experience is a plus, not required) You build in the client's accounts, not your own Fixed price, milestone-based At least 2–3 hours of working-hours overlap with US Central time Solo implementer preferred (we want to talk to the person doing the work)
