Configure Google Conversion Event

Summary

I need assistance in configuring Google Conversion Event with PixelYourSite WordPress plugin and integrating it with my Google Ad account to enable enhanced conversions. The task involves setting up conversion tracking and ensuring seamless integration between the plugin and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have experience in Google Ads and WordPress. Currently, there is some UI bug marking the conversion as "INACTIVE" when it is not. Google says its a UI bug but i think the algo is not using the data due to it. It's caused by a "upload" even though the conversion is website only. I don't want to reset it due to losing all historical conversion data. I also want to set up offline, or a hybrid offline conversion where it uses the google tag and then to fill in blanks offline uploads are done to supplement any missed conversions. I want to ensure add to cart conversion data and page views are sent to Google also. I have a bot blocker program, if it blocks the bots how does Google know about their dwell time and if they didn't add to cart, etc.?
